reACH Newsletter Redesign & Content Strategy
The organization's mailed newsletter had grown to 24 pages, creating a lengthy bi-yearly publication that was costly to produce and difficult for readers to navigate. I led a complete content strategy and design update to create a shorter, more engagement newsletter that elevated the strongest stories and made a greater impact with donors.

THE CHALLENGE
The existing newsletter included a high volume of updates and stories, making it difficult to establesh clear priorities, calls-to-action, and creating a complex production process.
